Bambino Mio's miosoft two-piece diaper has a onesize diaper and two sizes of diaper cover that will see you through from birth to potty training. These award-winning diaper covers are super soft and stretchy, made from lightweight fabric to allow your baby freedom to move and explore. Machine washable up to 140 DegreeF. Do not use chlorine bleach. Do not use fabric softener. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. May be tumble dried cold/low. To get the best out of your diapers, Bambino Mio recommend washing them at 104 DegreeF with non-biological washing detergent and one scoop of miofresh diaper cleanser (1 oz). Air dry your diapers away from direct heat. Washing at higher temperatures and frequent tumble drying can result in premature deterioration of your diapers. True for most, but due to the wide range of babies' shapes and sizes, this cannot be guaranteed.

  • Buy this diaper, you truly won’t be disappointed!
By Whitney on 28 November 2017

Pros: first off, how cute is this diaper.. seriously! After trying thirsties brand of Velcro covers(whose Velcro gets exhausted too soon even with the laundry tabs), the Velcro on these bambino diapers is seriously the best! Very strong and will be able to use for our next child for sure! The thirsties covers, not so much unfortunately.... unless the Velcro is replaced.
-we use prefolds, so a little more bulky than some other options, and when we need extra stuff, the elastic stays nice and gently snug around the legs, and there is plenty of room in the middle for whatever cloth you diaper with.
-a more customized fit than snaps and is so easy to change baby in the middle of the night than trying to find the right snaps in a dim nursery
-material is very soft and durable, some covers are a little damp in the morning but these hold in all moisture even around the legs.

    Cons:
    - the top of the Velcro strip sometimes rubs baby’s belly, but if you pull the fabric above it up instead of letting it folding behind the strip, it doesn’t rub.
-using flats/a snappy didn’t work super well for us when wrapping completely around baby- some adjusting to how we folded our flat needed done so the sides of the diaper weren’t too wide to be covered by the straps of the diaper cover

I highly recommend this diaper to anyone, especially for those who are new to cloth diapering. Snaps and rises can get a little stressful initially, but you can do it. These diapers are wonderful quality and would be great for long term use if you’re planning on cloth diapering more than once. Buy this diaper, you seriously won’t be disappointed!

    My 2nd favorite diaper cover:
    Rumparooz with snaps

Favorite prefolds: green mountain diapers(clotheez brand), and Osocozy that can be bought here on amazon!

    Favorite wet bag: planet wise.

  • Not that I would recommend AS IS, as of now.
By Pavan Kumar Kora on 31 October 2017

This is really soft and some how I'm not comfortable with buttons cloth diapers so I choose this one, over buttons, with tape.
I liked this product but I can't recommend this for a baby, as it actually harms the baby by cutting the skin on thigh and belly IF NOT PROPERLY FIT/USE.
Velco tape in the front is stiched bare with shape edges open, due to it's sharp edge on the tape it rub and cut the top layer skin of active babies.
I would say, if it would have Velco tape edges covered with cloth to prevent sharp edges I would definitely use and recommend this product, but not now with these bare sharp edges.

  • Probably Great for Delayed Preschoolers
By April Reyne on 10 January 2017

I ordered this cover (and the zebra one), and a few others that I've always used in an effort to increase my stash since I have another baby coming in a couple of months and my not yet 2yo isn't potty learning at this point. With the price being about $3-$8 cheaper than my other covers, (I use different covers for day and night) I figured I'd give it a shot. It shipped on time with Prime and arrived in decent packaging.

I was a little shocked at the size since it's comparable to my Thirsties size 2 (usual day covers) when they're completely unsnapped. There is no way to "resize" these like the Thirsties snap-down rise though. If I put it on as tight as it will go by using the cross-over tabs it fits my 23 pound 23 month old's waist. The rise is an issue in itself though. Without a way to adjust it, there's an awful lot of crotch droop. The elastic does keep a prefold diaper in the cover when trifolded, but he looks similar to a tot with a water logged disposie on at the beach. It just doesn't look comfortable to me.

The PUL feels soft and stretchy like the Thirsties covers. The aplix tabs stick well and look nice, but they're wide almost to a fault (belly rub). The gussets seem adaquate and the cover hasn't leaked on me despite it being so big. I tried it on my tiny 8 year old daughter who is a size 5 and it fit her over her pants without being tight, so I do see a use for these among the delayed/disabled community. I won't be ordering any more of these anytime soon, but I'd recommend them for preschool+ sizes. I am under the impression that my guy might fit a size one better, but I'm not interested in forking over more money to find out. I'll stick with my Thirsties.

  • Velcro cuts baby belly
By Jackie PB on 24 October 2017

I ignored the reviews that said that the Velcro cuts into baby’s tummy and tried this out anyway. Not worth it. I kept my eye on her belly for rubbing and it definitely rubs immediately. My baby is only 2 months old (not cruising around so not a lot of movement around the waist band) and doesn’t have a huge pot belly but the waist band turns in a bit and the edge of the Velcro is sharp! They should serger the edge of it and then everything would be fine. I wanted to try out the cover anyway because it IS cute and other people don’t seem to have an issue. I won’t be purchasing any other products from this maker.
