  • Will buy again.
By Amazon Customer on 28 December 2016

I saw these in a Carhartt store and they looked comfortable. It was priced less online so I bought a pair even without trying them on. This had the style I was looking for with the rubber toe guard already made with it, no need to glue it on. Also, the eyelets are built in a way that will make the laces last longer. No problems breaking in the boots. I'm in them 15 hours a day and stayed a lot more comfortable than the other boots I've had. Great first impression on these pair of boots and overall satisfied with my purchase.

These are more comfortable than the catipllar boots and no different than the timberland pro series boots. Side by side they look like there made in the same place. The only difference..
timberland boots pro series are between 250 and 325 dollars. I work between 96 to 104 hours a week on my feet. I love these boots. I am 6'2" 214 lbs. I wear them even on my time off.

  • Want to like these..... But I hate them.
By kwcarguy on 14 October 2017

These boots seem very well built and so far are completely waterproof. They would be perfect if it weren't for the fact they are the most uncomfortable torture devices I've ever worn on my feet.
I've tried them in a regular and wide and the heels in both are WAY too narrow. It seems the black overmoulding to protect the heel squeezes my heal so bad that right before I'm ready to rip these things off and throw them in the burn barrel, my feet mercifully go numb.
I keep hoping they will eventually break in but I've now worn them several times and no suck luck.
I have NEVER had this issue with boots before.

  • Affordable, durable and reliable.
By Jessica Maria Muir on 23 November 2018

My fiance loves these boots. He used to get boots from Red Wing only and unfortunately they just didn't last more than 6 months; even with the warranty he was not seeing the results he was "sold" during the purchase. He tried these boots instead since he needed something quick and was pleasantly surprised. These boots have lasted him at least a year without any issues. He works in construction and often gets his boots wet (he works in the pool industry) and these have held on stronger than Red Wing brand boots. Even though he will be buying another pair of these boots soon they have outdone many other boots that were DOUBLE the price.

  • The boots fit great and are/were super comfortable
    By d. man on 17 January 2017

Purchased these in Jan '16. The boots fit great and are/were super comfortable. I am in delivery and this winter has been very cold and wet. The boots are warm enough but they don't stop the water from soaking my feet. I've had to resort to putting plastic bags on my feet to at least keep the water off them.

For the price I would have like the "waterproof" to last more than a year. I will be using mink oil to try and regain some of the protection.

The tread and sole isn't 1 solid piece. I can squeeze my heal from the side and the heel tread rasies as if it is a wrapped around the sole not impressed into it.

edit: Mar 2018 The rubber on the heel of the boots has split on both feet and has started to come off in strips on the right foot
