  • Extremely comfy, but a little big
By Mashonna on 16 October 2015

These are the single most comfortable scrub pants I own. I don't know how the smaller sizes will fit, but the big sizes are very roomy. I am a big girl - 5'7", 350 pounds and generally wear a 5x in scrubs and a 4x in regular clothes. I could have easily gone with the 4x in these. The legs are rather long, since they're a unisex style, so if you're petite, they will need to be hemmed. But there are a ton of handy pockets, the fabric is a little stretchy and comfortable, and they're not nearly as see-through as other khaki scrub pants I've worn. I've recommended this style to all of my coworkers.

  • Love the fit, the design and utiliy.
    By Todd F on 25 February 2015

The product fit choices Amazon lists are only approximate. I am a big man (you might say fat, but only out of earshot, please). Cherokee Scrubs are proportioned exactly as I needed, with a full seat, not skimpy. They fit me VERY well. For that reason, the choice for product fit in my case should have been "Fit unexpectedly well!" Asked about whether I love these? I've ordered these scrub pants four times already and will likely continue to do so as needed. The repeat purchases speak for themselves. The scrubs work for me, so why change brand and style?

  • Great fabric, crappy design
By Brenda G Mills on 20 October 2016

I love the fabric, very comfortable, but I have been wearing Cherokee's unisex cargo pants for literally more than a decade. I wanted to try the stretch fabric because my regular medium gets a little tight in the rear sometimes. The regular cargo pant has one large pocket and a smaller cell phone pocket inside the large one -- perfect. For some weird reason, whoever designed this pant put a weird strap above the pocket where the pocket edge should be. This just gets caught on stuff all the time. The large cargo pocket is too big, too low, and has two uselessly sized small pockets on the outer surface that just makes the larger pocket sag open if you can use it.

  • Uncomfortable, look frumpy
By drew on 29 August 2019

I bought a pear of Cherokee Core Stretch scrubs from a physical scrubs store. They were great; the pants had an elastic wasteband, the tapering of the legs looked good, there was a fly-front, the drawstring is held flat and doesn't wrap all the way around (so it doesn't dig into your hips), and there are deep pockets on both sides.

On this version which I bought March 2018 (this review is being submitted late August 2019), the side pockets are shallow, there are no hip pockets on the left side, the drawstring wraps around and has no elastic band, there is no fly, and the taper looks makes it look like you're low-key wearing bell-bottom pants.

I wish I had reviewed this sooner, because at this point I cannot say with any certainty whether the different versions were completely my mistake, or if there was an issue on the seller's side. I had spent a lot of time finding a good pair of scrubs in physical stores before buying these, and my recollection is that the image from the seller matched the pants I had, not the pants I got, but now that I've finally gotten around to reviewing it, I see the images match. It may be that my memory is simply wrong and I mistakenly bought the wrong model (which to be clear is still worthy of a bad review, the review above stands regardless of this last paragraph) or if Cherokee updated their model and the seller hadn't updated the image yet. At this point I'd definitely give the seller the benefit of the doubt, and assume the mistake is on my end.

In any case, these scrubs aren't very good as far as comfort and look. I will say the hems are pretty solid, I've had them for about 18 months and have worn them frequently, kneeling down with patients, sleeping in them on emergency shifts, and wearing them at least once a week, and there are no fraying hems, no holes in the knee, and no other breakdowns. I think material and construction are great, just the design/features that are poor.

  • Love these, but runs large
    By E. Ciccone on 12 August 2019

Love these scrub pants. The material is soft, stretchy, and breaths very well. They look to have high quality stitching and based on my initial use, I expect them to last. If this turns out to be untrue, I will be sure to update my review.

My only complaint is that they are just about 1 size too large. I am 6ft male, 175lbs, with a 32-33 waist. I ordered a medium which was big but usable at the waist but so long and baggy in the legs such that I almost tripped walking down a flight of stairs. The small fit snuff but comfortably around my waist and were perfect in length. At 6ft, 175lbs, I havent fit into a small anything since high school.

Bottomline: I'll be happily buying a few more pairs... at the smaller size.
