  • Stayed on my feet and super grippy!
    By Brenda B. on 30 October 2015

Wore them daily at Jamaica in the ocean while snorkeling and while climbing Dunns River Falls. They stayed secure on my feet and were super grippy while climbing the waterfall. Sometimes sand would get in them but that's expected with any water show. I would just rinse them out and put them back on!

  • Must Have for Athletes! Awesome Aqua Zumba Workouts! Sturdy Toe & Heel, Excellent Stability, Ultra-comfortable!
By WendyLS on 27 May 2017

Awesome! I got these for Aquz Zumba after tearing my feet up on the pool and searched a lot of water socks/shoes. These slip on simply and easily. No adjustments needed. They held up to jumps, kicks, leaps, turns, and twists and stayed on with no issues. I have Plantar Fasciitis and these were comfortable, flexible, and had a strong toe for fast, aerobic dancing. These reminded me of hard ballet flats in that the tie has the most structure (underwater) and handles lunging, twirls, and leaps. But the heel has support and doesn't aggravate my PF at all. They're as soft and comfy as slippers, but cool and breathable. From soaking wet to dry was about 10 minutes in the dryer.

I was able to easily triple my productivity in my pool workouts with these. And unlike some other, pricier swim-shoes.... you CAN swim regularly in these. Not perfectly... but reasonably. I didn't listen to my Aquz Zumba instructor who said to size down any water shoe at least ONE full size. So a bit of flopping and weird movement was felt. But even sizing wrong I had awesome movement and no blisters with easy transition to the pool deck and sauna. These are so conformable and cute and priced just right in between the actual SHOES for water.... and cheapo socks.

I do recommend sizing down. I'm normally an 8 to 8.5 max in athletic and casual shoes and ordered an 8. They are definitely too big. But for fast, water-dancing, the size is fine because the toe is very durable as well as the heel (the two places you land the most). So I recommend 1/2 smaller for people using them to walk in creeks, rivers, etc.... and a full size smaller for Aquatic Fitness Moderate or Higher. A half size smaller left these floppy for me.

Thankfully the good quality meant the durable toes and heels held up and endured turns and impact fine. I didn't have any fall off or need to be "adjusted" during workouts. So Aqua Zuma fans or swimmers? One full size smaller. River/creek/trekkers? A half size. But drying them on high in your dryer tightens things up, too.

Comfortable: Very. No scrapes, sharp spots, or squeezes. Like expensive slippers.
    Durable: Very
    Stabile: Very
Attractive : As cute as it gets
Wearability: Slip On/Off - No adjustments or ties
Size: Accurate when dry.... 1 size too big when soaked (see previous)
Athleticism: unless you're looking to swim a marathon with shoes, this is great for high intensity, cardio workouts and lunges/squats/water walks. If you are outdoorsy, these would perform in lakes, running water, and have good grip. Any deep/intense swims.... you may lose them, though that's only a projection I've not experienced.

Clearly, I'm pleased for what I need and use them for. Totally recommend with no issues. If you're going to deeply submerge like I do... 1/2 to 1 size smaller minimum. Highly recommend both for price and versatility. Awesome workouts, thanks to these!

  • I contacted Cudas and they told me to get the eight. They were very helpful.
By Katherine J. Newbaker on 23 March 2016

I am exchanging my size 9 for size eights. The nines are so super comfortable just really long. I wear a size 9 women's running shoe. And have a very wide forefoot. I contacted Cudas and they told me to get the eight. They were very helpful.

  • Size down for sure
By KREIGUY on 10 June 2016

I am a perfect size 8.5. Never an 8. Ever. Sized down in these as recommended and they're perfect. Not tight at all. Pretty cute for water shoes which tend to be unflattering and dorky. If you're an 8.5, get and 8. I think a person who usually wears a size 9 would even be comfy in an 8.

  • A great water shoe
By Jenny on 15 January 2016

These shoes are just what I was looking for. I gave these to my mother for Christmas to wear on a surprise trip to Crystal River, FL to see the manatees. My mom loved the shoes and said they were very comfortable and she was able to wear them for a long period of time. They are also very cute on! I would recommend ordering a size up!
