    It appears to me that it is likely a knock-off. I purchased it at the same time as a bunch of other Delta stuff and it did not come in a Delta box and also did not have a single piece of documentation inside the box that said the Delta brand name on it.
    The item seemed like decent quality and it may work just fine but I am not willing to bank $179 on it. I have returned it just in case and purchased from a reliable source instead.

  • It seems to be fine for now

    After one year of use, needed serious repair. The seam all around the "roof" of the shower head had failed and water was shooting up towards the ceiling from the seam. Instead of going through the hassle of complaining and returning it, I took it down and caulked the seem all around the top of the rectangle. It seems to be fine for now. If you don't think it's worth your time to do what i did, you may want to make sure they will replace/refund the item if it happens to your shower head.

  • Great product. Highly recommend. Beautiful color.

    It is a little thinner than I would have liked, but besides that, I love this shower head. It has good pressure and coverage, and it lives up to the delta name. This color is becoming very popular and is very difficult to find. When you do find fixtures in the champagne bronze or antique brass family, they are far more expensive normally.

  • Purchase this faucet! (only if you enjoy returning broken products)

    Whatever you do, do not purchase this faucet. It will begin to leak out the sides in about two weeks after use. I suppose they should have added a better gasket or screws, but I'm on my second one now (same problem) in a dispute with Delta trying to determine how they let this poorly designed product leave their factory.
