    Our last ceramic knife like this style was a Farberware and lasted until the handle split and could no longer hold the blade. It was a couple of years old. My wife liked the feel of the grip and hold of this one much more. At first, she was very pleased. Razor sharp, so it was great to use. Also, the way the handle holds the blade keeps food from getting into where they come together. She did not use every day other than when there was

    On Christmas day, she was using to slice some ham. She then noticed the tip had a couple of chips. Yikes! Ham is not hard and it chips. The thing is useless now. Very, very disappointing. Thus the low rating above. And the warranty is useless for such.

    It's so much sharper than my other 3-in ceramic paring knife, I was shocked the first time I used it. It's very attractive and the handle is comfortable. I'd buy a second one if I needed it.
    I think it is sharper than my stainless parers also, while being much lighter.

    Bought one and had to buy another since the first knife's tip broke off. The knife is sharp and everyone in the house uses it for everything. Have to take care of the knife tho since it chips easily and the tip breaks off easily. Don't want to find any part of it in your food!
