    • Great struts for the price
By Jay on 23 July 2018

Perfect. You will see people who know absolutely nothing about cars or mechanics crying like babies about my car sits to high and give a bad review if they knew anything about cars more specifically struts they would know after a month or two they will settle to normal height. So don't go of the ones crying about their car sitting to high that's suppose to happen. These are good struts the only ones I buy they are a great deal

    • Replaced struts in 2003 Caddy DeVille
By AA on 13 September 2013

2003 DeVille, had 125K miles on stock struts. These struts were obviously a major improvement. The car once again has that "Caddy Glide". The car no longer bottoms out at spots it would scrape all the time before (entering steep driveways, etc..). Interstate driving is much more comfortable and controlled. Where the car would "bounce" after rises in the pavement, it now absorbs and returns immediately. All the old clunks are gone, and road noise was reduced as well. With proper tools, these are rather easy to install.

Overall, a tremendous deal for the price. If I ever need to replace struts on another car, I won't hesitate to buy this brand again.

    • Wow great struts, cheap too
By Kindle Customer on 10 August 2013

These were of very good quality, and very easy to install. I have never installed a strut before, and had the job done in just over an hour, and that's just because I accidently knocked of the rubber boot on my transaxle, and had to fix it. Other than needing someone to start the upper bolts while you hold the strut into position this would be a one man job. Love these struts, and would highly recommend them. Like the other interviewer said they're less than half the price of the auto parts store, so why would you buy them anywhere else?

    • Crappy (1 year later)
      By Daville2315 on 20 June 2016

The struts and spring assemblies fit perfect into my 2001 Buick LeSabre. All seemed well until about a year into usage. I drive about 40 miles a day to and from work have a separate car I use for the weekend so the to and from work is all the action this car gets. I've had an auto mechanic shop tell me that my front struts are no good which is the ones Amazon is selling here. Please do not buy these or any other cheap version. I hear the Monroe struts are decent if you don't want to Fork out the money for OEM from the dealership. What a waste of money!

    • have extra tools
By Amazon Customer on 24 June 2018

Man...you can't beat this price. But...I do have one complaint.

The flanges for the brake/abs brackets we're super close but not quite right. Required a little tweaking on one side and was missing threads on the other. The hole was there...just not tapped. It wouldn't be the end of the world...I'd I had a tap set. Oh well, I was taking it in to get aligned anyway and a zip tie will hold the bracket for that mile.
