  • Perfect replacement for Watts Premier system
By Michael Vigilante on 22 March 2018

Purchased this faucet to replace the original monitored faucet that came with my Watts Premier RO system. Monitoring never worked, so I don't recommend the monitored version. Having ran the system almost 7 years, the original faucet was leaking at the spout - slow drips. I ordered 2 of these from 2 different sellers. This seller shipped fast, packaged very well and included tubing so I went ahead and replaced some of the tubing. The other seller sent me a faucet that looked like it was opened and the box was damaged, so that one was returned. New one works perfectly, nice tight lever, no drips. Don't forget to check your tank's pressure, empty it completely, put a gauge on it, make sure you have the suggested pressure in the tank.

  • Leaks
By Joe Patterson on 13 November 2018

I connected everything strict to the instructions. Leaked. I spent time troubleshooting every o-ring and seal. Leaked. I uninstalled it and then installed it below the sink to ensure all hose connections were tight and correctly seated. Leaked still. The air hose constantly was making noise so it led me to believe the seals were not working. The black drain line leaks heavily at the slip connection.

The nice thing is the product looks nice. I just don't like wet cabinets, rotting wood, and mold.

  • Defective faucet
By Jennifer K Berge on 31 May 2019

We have been trying to get this thing installed for a few months now. Our old Watts faucet sprung a leak and a plumber advised us to get a new one. We got this one, watched the videos, read the instructions, called Watts customer service for assistance and tried to install it ourselves. After numerous attempts with lots of leaking, we decided to bite the bullet and pay for a plumber to come out and install it. After he went through it all AGAIN, he determined that the faucet itself is defective! We are outside the Amazon return period since we have been monkeying around with it for months so now trying to deal with Watts customer service to get a refund. GRRRRR

  • didn't last a year
By Stan on 02 September 2018

This faucet started to leak badly in August, so it didn't even last a year. The leak occurs in the unit itself, spraying water all over the cabinet.

  • Not bad, but should be cheaper given the quality
By TC on 16 December 2017

It looks good but tends to leak/drip. The installation was pretty simple and the assembly of the unit was also easy. The one thing to pay attention to is the spout. There are two o-rings at the base and, when you insert the spout into the base, it is very easy for those to become unseated and push upward allowing water to lead out. The unit typically drips, too. I though it was just residual water left in the tube, but it is sometimes still dripping after sitting overnight.
